Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DAT RC Mastery (“the service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The service is intended primarily for university-level pre-dental students preparing for the Dental Admission Test. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is for individual use only, sharing credentials with others is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The service offers paid plans: Standard (90 days of access) and Premium (180 days of access). Plans are sold as one-time purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions. Access expires at the end of the selected period unless you purchase an additional plan.

Prices are listed in US dollars. All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a plan you authorize the charge. Your access to paid features begins once Stripe confirms your payment.

No refunds. All sales are final. Because the service is delivered electronically and access begins immediately, we do not offer refunds, full or partial, except where required by law.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All passages, questions, explanations, images, strategies, and other content on the service are the property of DAT RC Mastery or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal test preparation. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish the content anywhere, in any form.
• Use the content or data to train, fine-tune, or improve machine-learning models.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access to the service.
• Remove or circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or digital rights management.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or the experience of other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or underlying systems.
• Submit malicious code, exploits, or harmful input.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your requirements. We make no guarantees about your DAT score. The service is a study aid, not a predictor of test results.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), the Department of Testing Services, or Prometric. “DAT” is a registered trademark of the ADA. We use it in a descriptive sense only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAT RC Mastery and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAT RC Mastery and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your access ends immediately and no refund is owed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless a consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a different forum.
